Refund & Return Policy: 1. Once goods arrives at a bad condition (i.e. colour turns black, beef melts, wrong order delivered etc.), please kindly inform us as soon as possible. 2. Once your complaints is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 3. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 4. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund. 5. Should you have any enquiries, please contact our customer service team.
